Body Fat Challenge Check-In

Morning!

Here's yesterday:

Breakfast- BPC, 1 ham and cheese "sandwich"
Lunch- 1 double baconator with no bun, 1 small diet coke
Dinner- 1/2 c cucumbers salad (cukes marinated in vinegar), 1 serving cheddar keto-waffles topped with 2 hard fried eggs

Water count- 135.2 fl oz


Lunch was fast food for the first time in quite some time. The baconator is pretty perfect keto food so long as you throw out the bun. Wendy's is also pretty good about putting it in a little salad platter with a lid and throwing silverware in the bag. The one time I tried to eat at BK it was a train wreck and I had to go back to the counter three times to get everything I needed. 

Other than that I ate dinner at 9 pm last night, which is still very weird to me. I simply was not hungry, even at 7, and so I threw my waffles in the oven to keep warm and held off on frying my eggs until I really needed to eat. I will admit that even though I am not having trouble ignoring the clock for meal times during the day, the evening meal still gives me trouble. I'm not forcing myself to eat if I'm not hungry, but when I look up and see it's 8 or 9 pm and realize I still haven't had dinner yet there is a moment of panic before I relax a bit. But it's taken me a life time to form the eat-by-the-clock habits, so I don't expect to completely undo them overnight.

Mood still elevated and energy levels and well.
