Body Fat Challenge (BFC) check-in

It's time for a BFC check-in.

First, check out the new post on the subject at Ketovangelist:

Ok so here's what I've been doing the past couple of days.

Tuesday
Breakfast- BPC, 1/4 c almonds
Lunch- 2 celery stalks filled with Publix Turkey Club salad, 20 green olives, 1-oz cheddar
Dinner- leftover Cheesy Taco Skillet
Snacks- Quick and Dirty Chocolate pudding

Water- 135.2 fl oz

Wednesday
Breakfast- BPC
Lunch- leftover Cheesy Taco Skillet
Dinner- Asian Chicken with spinach salad
Snacks- 1.5-oz smoked almonds, 20 green olives, 2-oz cheddar

Water- 135.2 fl oz

I'm deviating a bit on my breakfast this morning. My sister-in-law (bless her!) brought me a sugar free caramel coffee from Dunkin' Donuts, so that's my breakfast. As soon as I've consumed that I will be jumping on ye olde exercise bike again for another 20-minute session. I will likely have some almonds post biking just to get in some protein. Gotta feed the muscles!

I'm still waiting on my calipers so I can measure my body fat. It looks like it just shipped today, so it will be here some time next week. As soon as it does I will update y'all with my actual percentage and set my short-term goal. In the mean time, I'm going to Keep On Keto-ing On (KOKO).

Later!

  1. Awesome - so glad you are joining the Epic Quest! I love my calipers and I think I measured 30 times before I was convinced I was doing it right. lol

  2. Yeah, the whole guesstimating my body fat by looking at pics just doesn't work for me. And the BMI is waaaaaay off because I'm so small framed. I really need them if i want to be anywhere near accurate.
