Here's where I was yesterday:
Breakfast- BPC, 1 ham and cheese "sandwich"
Lunch- BPC, 1 extra tbsp coconut oil, 1 quest bar
Dinner- 2 slices pan fried ham, 1 serving faux mac-and-cheese, 1 square 85% dark chocolate
Water count- 152.1 fl oz
Yesterday went better as far as snacks. I wasn't very hungry again at lunch but I really wanted another cup of coffee, so I had the quest bar to make sure I had something solid and full of protein in my stomach in addition to my coffee.
Aside from that I'm still feeling great!
