Body Fat Challenge Check-In

Yes, I know I'm super late today.

I got up and cooked a non-egg breakfast, then had a bunch of errands to run, then school. It's been a bit hectic. So here's where I ended up yesterday:

Breakfast- BPC, 3 eggs scrambled in 1/2 tbsp each butter and bacon drippings, 1 sausage patty
Lunch- 1 cup each Italian salad blend and spring mix, 1 tbsp grated Parmesan, 2 tbsp ranch, salt and pepper, 2 slices deli ham spread with 1/2 tsp each mustard and rolled up with 1 slice each cheddar and 4 dill pickle chips each
Dinner- leftover chicken and bacon chowder, 1 cup broccoli with 1 tbsp butter, salt and pepper

Water count- 135.2 fl oz

I apologize for being so late today, but I don't have much to talk about at the moment. I've got some things to do at home and then later must cook dinner. We're having baked ham and a
Faux Mac and cheese, which should be a family pleaser.
